Fort Weyr

Speculation continues and bets are placed on which queen will be next to rise, and which young woman will become the next Senior Weyrwoman of Pern's oldest weyr. With that also comes the question of a possible new Weyrleader, and what a complete leadership change would do for Fort in this uncertain time. Are some of the bronzeriders paying more attention to their chosen queen? Or is that just paranoia? Some say the Weyrleader gave Nyalle half of his fruit at dinner last night. And didn't So'l bring her fruit back from Southern? Is So'l trying to get his dragon to sire two clutches in two different Weyrs so close together, /and/ win Weyrleader? Only time will tell.
