Lycander has been part of the weyr all his life. He recently assumed the steward position after his father, Lycor, stepped down. Lycander is a quiet man, not good with the ladies. He takes his duties very seriously and doesn't let his hair down very often. He's efficiant, slightly standoffish, but generally pleasant.
